Rain, wind and fog will affect the region Monday, with rain tapering off late morning into early afternoon, with areas of fog and drizzle moving in.
A strong cold front will cross the region late Monday, bringing the winds from the west, with gusts up to 50 miles per hour into the evening.
The strong winds will continue through Tuesday, then lessen by evening.
Temperatures Monday and Tuesday will get into the upper 50s.
Tuesday will be mostly sunny, though the warmer air will feel frosty due to wind chill values between 25 and 30 degrees. Winds will gust to as high as 41 miles per hour overnight.
Things calm down Wednesday, a sunny day with light winds and mostly clear skies. The temperature will reach around 54 degrees. Then the air cools off overnight, taking the mercury down to around 40 degrees.
Thursday brings a chance of showers in the afternoon, with increasing clouds, and warmer air near 62 degrees.
Showers are likely overnight when clouds will hover, and temperatures will be around 53 degrees.
