Stamford Couple Nabbed With Cocaine, Police Say Two Stamford residents were nabbed with a little over an ounce of alleged cocaine after being stopped by police who had received word the two would be making a delivery. Mark Borsey, 56, and Shameka Frederick, 30, both of Stamford, were arrested on Friday, April 24, by members of the Stamford Police Department's NARC Unit, said Captain Richard Conklin. Cocaine Delivery Attempt Intercepted In Fairfield County Stamford police nabbed a 28-year-old man as he attempted to deliver more than two ounces of cocaine in the Cove. Jesus Seguinot of New Haven was arrested after agents with the Stamford Police Department's Narcotics and Organized Crime squad received word he would be making a drop of powder cocaine to a Waterbury Avenue home, said Capt. Richard Conklin.
