Assault: CT Group Home Staff Member Punches Man In Face, Police Say A Connecticut man was charged with alleged assault after punching an intellectually disabled person in the face. The incident took place in New Haven County on Friday, April 28, in Naugatuck. Victor Ventura, age 29, of Waterbury, was arrested after Naugatuck Police responded to a group home for a report of a fight in progress, said the Naugatuck Police. Troopers, Officers Intercept Fraud Attempt At CT Bank, Police Say Two men were arrested after police said they attempted to steal money from a victim's bank account at a Connecticut bank.  The Southbury Police Department responded to a report of a possible fraud at a Chase Bank at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 30, according to Connecticut State Police.
