Suspect Apprehended After Fleeing From Superior Court Hearing In CT Without Shoes A 24-year-old man who brazenly left a Connecticut courthouse in the middle of a proceeding has been apprehended. Marico Ellis, age 24, went missing from Hartford Superior Court just after noontime on Thursday, Aug. 25, wearing a black shirt and pants, according to Connecticut State Police. The underlying charges for which Ellis was at court for include firearms, narcotics, and felony assault violations.  Ellis, a resident of Hartford, was not wearing shoes at the time, police said. Two Accused Dealers Caught With 420 Pounds Of Pot In I-95 Stop Two accused drug dealers were caught in a U-Haul truck with hundreds of pounds of pot in a stop on I-95, according to Connecticut State Police. The U-Haul was pulled over on southbound I-95 in Darien at about 12:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25.
