Marico Ellis, age 24, went missing from Hartford Superior Court just after noontime on Thursday, Aug. 25, wearing a black shirt and pants, according to Connecticut State Police. The underlying charges for which Ellis was at court for include firearms, narcotics, and felony assault violations.  Ellis, a resident of Hartford, was not wearing shoes at the time, police said. Stanley Foote Jr., of Waterbury, was arrested at about 3 p.m. on Tuesday, May 10, according to Connecticut State Police. The U-Haul was pulled over on southbound I-95 in Darien at about 12:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25.
