New CT Street Takeover Arrest: 19-Year-Old Charged With Drifting, Performing Donuts
A 19-year-old man is the latest suspect to face charges in connection to a series of "street takeover" events in Connecticut, state police said. On Tuesday, June 6, New London resident Freilyn Guzman, age 19, turned himself in to state police after he was found to have participated in a "street takeover" that happened in West Hartford on Sunday, May 14, police said.
