Westchester resident, Christopher Doherty, age 57, of Larchmont, turned himself in to police on Thursday, Aug. 12, for the incident which took place on Friday, July 30 in Darien, authorities said. I-95 Reopens Following Three-Vehicle Crash Involving Tractor-Trailers Traffic on I-95 in Westchester County has cleared following a crash between two tractor-trailers and a vehicle. The crash, which took place in Larchmont around 8:15 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 12,  closed all southbound lanes after one of the tractor-trailers jack-knifed blocking all lanes of traffic, New York State Police Trooper Tara McCormick said. A small fuel spill also had to be cleaned up at the scene, further delaying traffic which is still slow due to a secondary accident because of the traffic delays of up to six miles, McCormick said.
