Norwalk Teen Surrenders To Police In Connection To Fatal Crash Involving Stamford Motorcyclist
An 18-year-old from Norwalk surrendered to police in connection with a fatal 2018 crash that killed a motorcyclist in Stamford. Justin Foley surrendered himself to the Stamford Police Friday and was charged with misconduct with a motor vehicle following an investigation into the Sept. 23, 2018 crash, said Stamford Police Sgt. Jeffrey Booth. The arrest comes on the heels of an investigation into the deadly crash by the department's Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Squad that killed Rene A.
