Man Arrested In Stamford Admits Violating Sex Offender Registration Laws
A registered sex offender with a pair of convictions has admitted to violating the Sex Offender Registration and Notification act when he moved from New York to Connecticut without notifying authorities. Isiah Duncan, 36, pleaded guilty in Bridgeport district court following his arrest in Fairfield County last year on an unrelated Connecticut warrant.
