Officers in Darien responded to a report of an unwanted individual outside of a home on Libby Lane at about 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 2, the Darien Police Department reported on Thursday, Nov. 10. Police located Robert Connolly, of Stamford, and found that he had a warrant for a first-degree failure to appear charge stemming from an incident involving Connecticut State Police, authorities said. Man Accused Of Breaking Into Building, Urinating On Carpets In Westport After receiving complaints from a property owner, Westport police arrested a 66-year-old man for breaking into a building and urinating on carpets. John Green, of Westport, was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 5, and charged with burglary and criminal mischief for allegedly breaking into the Charles Street building, said Westport Police Lt. Anthony Prezioso. According to Prezioso, the property owner told police that Green, who he did not know, has allegedly been entering the building overnight and that he was urinating on the carpets inside.
