Woman Assaulted At Westport Medical Facility, Police Say A man that allegedly head-butted a woman in Fairfield County during a domestic dispute is in police custody following a lengthy investigation. Members of the Westport Police Department were dispatched to an area hospital on Sept. 23, where there was a report of a woman who had been assaulted by a man during a verbal dispute that turned physical. Two Bridgeport Men Nabbed With 50 Bags Of Heroin Two Fairfield County men were nabbed with 50 bags of heroin by Stamford Police at an I-95 rest stop after receiving intel a deal was set up.  Carl Young, also known as "Moses," 52, and Anthony Risi, 48, both of Bridgeport, were busted around 5 p.m. Tuesday after officers with the Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit were tipped off to the sale, said Stamford Police Capt.
