The passenger was declared dead at the scene, and the driver, who was pulled from the burning car by a witness, died later at St. Vincent’s Medical Center, the Post said.
The Nissan Pathfinder crashed on Laurel Avenue, off Capitol Avenue, just before 10 p.m. Saturday, police told the Post.
Police were investigating the cause of the double-fatal crash.
