The victim was shot in the leg in the parking lot of Success Park at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 26, Connecticut Post said.
Captain Brian Fitzgerald told the Connecticut Post that the suspect allegedly shot the victim as the result of an ongoing domestic-related dispute.
