BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — A Darien man was arrested after he claimed to be a cop and threw a tantrum — and a customer's food — at a McDonald's in Bridgeport, the Connecticut Post said.
William King, 49, was waiting at the drive-through on Fairfield Avenue on Wednesday when he got tired of waiting, went to the car in front of him, took the food from a young mother there and threw it at her, the Post said. He also claimed to be a cop, yelled a racial slur and left, the Post said.
He was stopped nearby, charged with breach of peace and released on a promise to appear in court.
