Iossa was born on May 1, 1933, and lived her early years in Stratford. In 1956, she married Joseph Iossa, and lived in Bridgeport with her family. In 1995 she moved to Las Vegas.
She was predeceased by her husband Joseph, who died of cancer in 1981.
She is survived by her children Sam and his wife Georgia, Deborah and her husband Del, and Frank; grandchildren Joseph and Christina; sister Angelina; sister-in-laws Phyllis DeMasi and Louisa Yannello and her husband Anthony; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held in Las Vegas, with burial at St. Michaels Cemetery on a later date.
