Aliza Miklos' petition at change.org can be found by clicking here and has 58 of 100 wanted supporters thus far. The petition mentions the lack of a completely fenced in space for dogs in the area of Black Rock after the loss of access to St. Ann's field.
The plan is to show the petition to officials after it reaches its goal of signatures. Though the petition does not specify where the park would be, it does ask for input for a good fenced in area where the park could be placed.
