Andrew Selby, 54, and Roberto Rosario, 44, became the center of an investigation in March 2024, when Detective Sgt. Jessica Higgins was made aware of one alleged incident. Higgins spoke with a victim who detailed violent abuse by Rosario in Lancaster City in late 1997, police said. Small Plane Crash Kills Pilot, Passenger In Culpeper County, State Police Say A pilot and their passenger were killed in a small plane crash in Culpeper County on Friday, May 17, authorities confirmed. The private aircraft went down on the 13000 block of Spillman Road in Culpeper County just before 2:45 p.m., Virginia State Police said. The pilot and sole occupant died at the scene. The FAA and NTSB were notified. The incident remains under investigation.

Raul Montoya-Chavez, of Edison, was hit in the southbound center lane of Route 1 at about 1:45 a.m. on Wednesday, May 15 as he tried to cross at Plainfield Avenue, Edison police said. Montoya-Chavez died of his injuries at an area hospital, police said. The 61-year-old Rahway man driving the SUV had a green light and is not expected to be charged, police said. Another Arlington Peeper Arrested Yet another Peeping Tom has been arrested in Arlington. This one was drunk, too, police said. Curtis Moore, 44, was identified as the man looking into the home of a woman on the 1500 block of Key Boulevard Road around 3:45 a.m. on Friday, May 17, county police said. A lookout was broadcast, and responding officers found Moore, who matched the victim's description of him, police said. Moore was charged with peeping and being drunk in public. Herbert Otey, a serial peeper, and Christopher Sails were arrested in the last few weeks in Arlington, and charged with peeping.

DPW Worker Shot Collecting Trash In Baltimore A 42-year-old Department of Public Works worker was shot Friday, May 17 while collecting trash in Baltimore, authorities said. The worker was on the 800 block of Allendale Street when he was struck by an unidentified male who'd begun shooting around 10:50 a.m., city police said. The worker was then loaded into the DPW vehicle and taken to an area hospital where he is listed in stable condition.
