Police Name ATV Rider Killed In Philadelphia Crash Authorities have identified the ATV rider who died in a North Philadelphia wreck on Thursday night, June 13.  Michael Anthony Pembleton was headed south on Broad Street when his ATV hit the passenger side of a Subaru near Westmoreland Street, PPD said.  Pembleton, 35, was taken to Temple University Hospital and pronounced dead around 9 p.m., city police said.  The driver of the Subaru remained on the scene and no arrests have been made, officials said. An investigation is underway.

Allentown Shooting Sends 'Juvenile' To Hospital, Police Say A juvenile was shot and injured in Allentown on Thursday afternoon, June 13, city police say.  Shots rang out near North Nagle and West Allen streets around 3:30 p.m. Authorities arrived at the scene to find the victim with a single gunshot wound, according to APD.  First responders rendered aid at the scene and took the victim to an area hospital, police said. Woman Stole Thousands From 89-Year-Old's Bank Account, Berks DA Says A Pennsylvania woman has been arrested for financially exploiting a senior she had the power of attorney over, police said. Mary S. Shealer, 58, is charged with multiple felony counts related to theft, Berks County DA John Adams said. According to forensic auditors, Shealer drew checks totaling $9,600 from the victim's bank account in 2019 and 2020, without the victim's knowledge or consent, Adams said. Authorities were notified of the incidents in August 2021, according to the DA. Pedestrian Dies After Berks County Crash: Coroner A pedestrian died from her injuries after being struck by a car in Hamburg, officials say.  Alicia Barlip, 44, was hit near South Fourth Street and Pine Street on June 4, said the Lehigh County Coroner's Office.  She was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Bethlehem where she died from blunt force trauma on Thursday, June 13, officials said. 'Child Sexual Abuse Material' On Kik Traced To Bucks County Man, Police Say A Warrington man is in police custody on child pornography charges, authorities say.  Police said they received a cyber tip in March that a Kik Messenger account "shared, disseminated, and/or uploaded apparent child sexual abuse material" on the platform.  The account was later linked to 51-year-old Christos Rallis, authorities said.  Police obtained an arrest warrant and Rallis surrendered on June 7, Warrington PD said.
