Alert Issued For Missing 16-Year-Old From Castleton-On-Hudson Police are asking for help in locating a missing teenager from the region. Rensselaer County resident Joni Crowe, age 16, left her residence in Castleton-on-Hudson at around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 14. Schodack Police said the teen, who is considered a vulnerable juvenile, was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, light blue crop top, dark colored sweatpants, and red and black Crocs.
