'Nightmare' High-Speed Pursuit Ends In Stafford Man's Arrest: Police "Nightmare" is the word police in one Virginia county used to describe the incidents that unfolded Friday, Oct. 27, in a high-speed pursuit they say was led by a 27-year-old driver. Micah Kynard had been involved in a dispute with a family member around 7:05 p.m. on Standish Place in North Stafford, Stafford County Sheriff David Decatur said.
