Off-Duty Arlington Police Officer Arrested For Assault: Police An Arlington off-duty officer was arrested following a recent assault investigation, officials said. At around 5:10 a.m. on August 5, police responded to the 2300 block of Columbia Pike where they found a female victim, outside the residence, suffering serious but non-life threatening injuries, according to the Arlington County Police Department.  The suspect, off-duty police officer William Hahn, and the victim got into an argument after a night out, officials said.
