Unlicensed PA Driver Leads Wild I-81 Pursuit, Crashes Multiple Times In VA: Police An unlicensed Pennsylvania man has been arrested after authorities say he led a high-speed police pursuit that ended in a crash in Virginia. Scott Parsons, 34, of Minnersville, PA, was spotted Saturday, Feb. 3, by a Winchester police officer who initiated a pursuit onto I-81 near the 312-mile-marker in Frederick County, VA, where state police took the lead, Sgt. Pedestrian, 41, Dies After Running In Front Of Teen Driver In Northern Virginia: Police A 41-year-old woman died after running in front of a vehicle driven by a 19-year-old woman in Rockingham County, police said. The Volkswagen couldn't avoid striking Tyler, who was wearing non-reflective dark clothing and was not in a crosswalk. The Volkswagen immediately stopped at the scene. 54-Year-Old Woman Killed In Fairfax County Crash: Police Police say alcohol and speed were likely factors in an early morning wreck in Falls Church that killed a 54-year-old woman and sent two others to the hospital.  The wreck happened after 2 a.m. on Wednesday, May 25, when a Honda Accord T-boned a Jetta waiting to make a left onto Skyline Plaza from S. George Mason Drive, Fairfax County police said in a news release.  Gladis Suyapa Deras, 54, of Falls Church, who was a passenger in the Jetta, died at the scene.
