Qutrail Raynard Smalls was shot and killed on Wharf Lane in Triangle on Nov. 14, Prince William County police said.  A search for his killer, Tyus James Terrell, 27, of Fredericksburg, is under way, they said. Search For Fredericksburg Killer Intensifies In Prince William County: Cops The search for an accused killer has intensified in Northern Virginia. Tyus James Terrell, 27, of Fredericksburg, is wanted for murder and related offenses for killing Quatrail Raynard Smalls, 26, of Big Stone Gap, on Wharf Lane in Triangle, on Nov. 14, county police said. A reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of Terrell is being offered. Anyone who knows Terrell's whereabouts is urged to call police immediately.
