Spotsy Gunman Arrested Again 6 Days Later — This Time His Weapon Was Stolen: Cops
A loaded gun, a stolen gun, cash and drugs were seized from two men during a Virginia traffic stop, authorities said.
Quamel Hawkins, 26, of Fredericksburg, was a passenger in the vehicle driven by Jaquan Mincy, 23, of Spotsylvania, when a Fredericksburg police officer stopped them on Tuesday, Sept. 26 on Fall Hill Avenue, FXB police said.
After authorities noticed Hawkins reaching under his leg, they searched the vehicle and found a loaded 9mm Glock on Hawkins, Fredericksburg police said.
