The incident happened around 12:40 a.m. at the Stonegate Apartments.  "The caller advised someone flashed his genitals before carrying on like nothing happened," police said.  The suspect was described as a white male in a black hooded sweatshirt and shorts.

Shortly after 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 31, a spokesperson for the sheriff’s office said that a basketball player assaulted another on the opposing team, and a large crowd formed on the court during the chaotic scene.
