Creep Touches Boy After He Declined Sex Acts For Cash On VA Walking Path: PD A 17-year-old boy walking in a Prince William County park says he was approached by a man in his 20s or 30s offering money in exchange for sex, and subsequently touched inapporpriately, police said. The incident happened on Thursday, May 18 in Joseph Reading Park in Manassas, around 4:50 p.m., and just after the suspect tried to pull the same stunt with an 18-year-old man, police said.
