Rickey Lowe was a passenger in a stolen Toyota Corolla on Valentine's Day that was driven by 29-year-old Xxaevius Romoance Marlow, who crashed in the area of Route 50 and I-66, sending five people to the hospital. One Killed In Virginia Crash Under Investigation: Police (Developing) Officials in Virginia say that one person was killed in an early-morning two-vehicle crash in Fairfax County. Members of the Fairfax County Police Department were called to investigate the fatal crash shortly before 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 6, in the 2900 block of Prosperity Avenue in Merrifield according to officials. The Confederacy Falls Again: Fairfax County Moving Forward With Highway Name Changes The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors voted to change two highway names that are tied to the confederacy. After a nine to one vote, Lee highway and Lee-Jackson highway will now be called Route 29 and Route 50, respectively. This vote came after a year's worth of work from the Confederate Names Task Force of Fairfax County. The only person who voted against the plans to rename the highways was the board's sole Republican supervisor, Pat Herrity.
