Prince William Inmate Attacked Guard With Homemade Shiv: Police A 44-year-old inmate who'd been arrested for allegedly stabbing a woman reportedly tried to continue that trend when he attacked a guard at a Prince William jail with a shiv, authorities said.  Salomon Alberto Nazar of Manassas is an inmate at the Prince William-Manassas Regional Adult Detention Center at 9320 Lee Avenue in Manassas.
