Hell Ride: Man Who Assaulted 31-Year-Old Woman During Drive In Virginia Arrested, Cops Say A Virginia man wanted for assaulting a woman on a hellish ride through Prince William County has been arrested, police said. Joshua Nicholas Tyler, 26, was driving with the 31-year-old woman when the two began arguing Tuesday night, Dec. 12 on Prince William Parkway, Prince William County police said. During the encounter, Tyler struck the victim several times before she was able to park the vehicle and contact police. Hit-Run Crash Leads To Child Neglect Charges For VA Mom Who Left 4 Youngsters Home Alone: PD Police in northern Virginia are looking for a 26-year-old woman who they say left four, young children home alone at the time of a hit-and-run crash that she was involved in, they said. Officers were investigating the hit-and-run crash on Prince William Parkway and W. Longview Drive on Nov. 12, around 8:05 p.m., when they responded to the vehicle owners home and found four children ages 2 to 9, unsupervised, Prince William County police said.
