Homeless Man Found In Vehicle He Tried Stealing In Arlington: Police A 30-year-old homeless man didn't get very far after breaking into and trying to steal a vehicle in Arlington this week, police said. Derrick Smallwood and another suspect were trying to break into a parked vehicle on the 3100 block of Wilson Boulevard around 10:05 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 17 when police arrived, county authorities said.
