Swatting Incident Under Investigation In Stafford County A prankster gave some members of the Stafford County Sheriff's Office a scare after making a phony police call threatening himself and others, authorities say. Over the weekend, the sheriff's office received a report at around 2:20 a.m. on Sunday night when a caller stated that he had shot a loved one and threatened to turn the gun on himself.
