20-Year-Old Missing For Days In DC May Need Medication, Police Say Friends and family in DC are seeking the public's assistance as they attempt to locate a 20-year-old man who has been missing for days and may be in need of medical assistance. A new alert was issued by the Metropolitan Police Department for Cristofer Jose Mora Ramirez, who was reported missing from the 600 block of Raleigh Place SE early in the afternoon on Monday, Feb. 26. Mora Ramirez was described as being a Hispanic man who is approximately 5-foot-8, weighing 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
