Marvin Schaeffer Jr. Arrested For Sexually Assaulting Child A 41-year-old man has been arrested after a child under 13 years old came forward with horrifying allegations, authorities in Stafford said. The victim told a social services worker that Marvin Schaeffer Jr. forced them into sex acts at his home in South Stafford, County Sheriff David Decatur said. The victim reported the alleged incidents earlier this month, the sheriff said.
