Father Charged With Child Neglect After 3-Year-Old Found In Street Unsupervised In PWC: Police A man who left his 3-year-old son alone to wander the streets in Prince William County is facing child neglect charges, police say. Terrell Anthony Edwards, 31, was arrested on Sunday and charged following an investigation into the incident, which resulted in nearby Good Samaritans securing the child and alerting the authorities.  The incident was reported shortly before 10:15 a.m. on Feb. 25, on Graham Park Road near Purvis Drive in Triangle, when the boy was seen walking in the roadway without supervision. Hien The Dinh, of Stafford, as of Wednesday, Aug. 30, was linked to a pair of attempted abductions in May 2022, in Triangle, Prince William County police said. Police Identify 54-Year-Old Driver Who Died In Triangle Crash Weeks Ago Police say they've identified the driver who died in a single-vehicle crash in Triangle two weeks ago.  Timothy Dewaine Gunn, 54, of Dumfries, died when his car crashed off of Graham Park Road on June 11, Prince William County police said. Gunn lost control of his 2007 Toyota Camry around 3:30 a.m. when it crossed into oncoming traffic, smashed into a tree, and burst into flames.
