Baltimore Man Swipes $2.8K In Merch From Sunglasses Hut In Virginia: Police A 29-year-old Baltimore man is facing charges after authorities say he stole more than $2,800 in merchandise from a Virginia sunglasses hut in 2023. Raquan L. Harkless allegedly went into the Fort Evans Road NE building in Leesburg on Sept. 11, 2023, and removed the items, then left, Leesburg police said. Harkless was identified as the suspect and arrested on Jan. 31, 2024. He was being held in the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond.
