Details Released In 6-Hour Fairfax County Barricade Police in Fairfax County have released some details in a six-hour barricade situation that ended with a man safely in custody. Officers were called to a home on the 4000 block of Park Chase Drive in Fair Oaks around 4 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 29, for a report of a man armed with firearms threatening to harm himself.  The man barricaded himself inside of a townhome with an elderly woman, so officers responded and tried to make contact with the man.
