Stafford Woman Drove Drunk To Pick Up Child At Daycare: Police A Stafford woman drove drunk to pick up a child from daycare on Tuesday, May 24, authorities said.  Elena Kuypers, 31, was arrested at 5 p.m. after a concerned commuter called deputies about a suspected drunk driver, Stafford County Sheriff's Office said. Deputies tracked her down to Children of America daycare where she was picking up a kid.  Kuypers had a blood-alcohol level of .20, more than twice the legal limit at the time of her arrest, the incident report said.
