Possible Serial Target Groper Wanted By Police In Virginia Police in Virginia are seeking the public's assistance in identifying and locating a possible serial sexual batterer who has been targeting his victims at Target locations in the region. A woman reported to the Leesburg Police Department Emergency Communications Center that shortly before 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 19, she was shopping in the seasonal section of Target on 1200 Edwards Ferry Road NE when she was approached by a man holding a clipboard who allegedly groped her.
