Man, 19, Dead After Woodlawn Shooting: Police A 19-year-old was shot and killed after an argument in a Woodlawn apartment complex, police said.At around 9:30 p.m. on Sept. 18, officers responded to reports of gunshot sounds in the 8300 block of Grave Street and found Darlin Ariel Diaz Flores suffering from gunshot wounds to his upper body, according to the Fairfax County Police Department.  Flores was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries and died an hour later, authorities said.
