The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is investigated the robbery, when a man pulled a gun on a woman walking the trail between Sterling Boulevard and Church Road in the early evening of Tuesday, April 2.  According to a spokesperson for the sherif's office, a Hispanic man brandished a weapon and demanded the woman's purse, to which she complied. Alfaro Rodriguez was charged with three counts of indecent exposure stemming from the incident the morning of Aug. 26 between Town Center Parkway and the Fairfax County Parkway, county police said.
