Rapper 'No Savage' Learns His Fate In Tyson's Corner Shooting A 23-year-old rapper who goes by "No Savage" has learned his fate for a 2022 Father's Day shooting in Tyson's Corner Center Noah Settles was captured in a video posted to Instagram arguing with multiple people before fleeing, turning back to fire the three shots that sent shoppers scrambling, authorities in Fairfax County previously announced.  No one was hurt in the shooting but three people were wounded during the mall's evacuation. Police ID Ex-Con Killed In Virginia Shootout Police have identified the 37-year-old ex-con who was killed in a police shootout earlier this week in Fairfax County. Christian Parker, of Reston, had been wanted for firing a gun in a home Sunday and other offenses when police confronted him in the parking lot of the Springfield Mall around 4:30 p.m. Thursday, June 30, county police said. Parker had been convicted of "many, many felonies," Fairfax County Police Chief Kevin Davis said.
