The unidentified pedestrian was struck at Columbia Pike and Tyler Street in Bailey's Crossroads on Wednesday, Nov. 16, Fairfax County police said on Twitter around 9:30 a.m. Officers are on scene of a crash involving a pedestrian at Columbia Pike & Tyler Street.
