Teen Shot Outside Tropical Smoothie Cafe In Lincolnia: Police A 14-year-old was shot on Tuesday night while standing outside a popular Annandale business, according to a Fairfax County Police Department spokesperson. Drink Drama: Woman Throws Fit In Stafford Smoothie Cafe, Assaults Employee A woman from D.C. threw a temper tantrum in a Stafford smoothie cafe and beat up an employee, police said.Dissatisfied with her drink, 33-year-old Keona Lewis screamed at the staff of the Tropical Smoothie Cafe on South Gateway Drive, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. Lewis threatened to beat up an employee, before shoving someone behind the drink counter, officials said. The employee she assaulted was unharmed, police reported.
