Juan Rossi, Jr. Killed In Virginia Motorcycle Crash Speed may have been a factor in a motorcycle crash that resulted in a 25-year-old man's death in Fairfax County, according to Virginia State Police. Centreville resident Juan Rossi, Jr. has been identified as the rider who was killed earlier this week after losing control and crashing his bike. Police say that Rossi was riding at around 10:20 a.m. on Monday, June 17 when he was riding a 2017 Yamaha YZF north on the Route 28 ramp heading toward Interstate 66 when he ran off the road and struck a guardrail. Driver, 33, Killed In High-Speed Woodbridge Crash: Cops A 33-year-old driver was killed in an overnight crash in Woodbridge, police said. Donnell Tyquan Epps was heading north at a high rate of speed on Redwing Drive in a 1985 Chevrolet Monte Carlo when he lost control of the car and left the roadway around 2:30 a.m. near Shallow Court, county police said. The vehicle went into a ravine, causing the vehicle to roll over. Fire and rescue personnel responded to the scene where Epps, the sole occupant of the car, was pronounced dead.
