'Parkinson's On Steroids': VA Congresswoman Jennifer Wexton Shares Heartbreaking Health Update Virginia Congresswoman Jennifer Wexton has shared a tragic health update that she cites as the reason why she won't be seeking reelection. Wexton (D-VA-10) over the summer was diagnosed with and had been receiving treatment for Parkinson's Disease.
