Mall Robbery: Homeless Trio Arrested In Northern Virginia, Police Say Police have arrested three people in a robbery at a mall in Northern Virginia, they said. William Carl English, 19, Diego Alberto Munoz-Villeda, 24, and Dominique Khalil Tomlin, 29, have all been charged with robbery for the April 24 incident at Potomac Mills in Woodbridge, Prince William County police announced. Around 2:50 p.m., a man said he was approached by a complete stranger, later identified as Tomlin, who struck him in the face and took his wallet, then fled with two others in a Ford Windstar with a gold hood, police said. It happened in the southbound lanes near milepost 157.3 in Potomac Mills. As of 9:10 a.m., the south left lane, center lane, and exit ramp were closed. Traffic backups were approximately 2 miles.

Creeper Caught Filming VA Teen In Forever 21 Dressing Room, Police Say Police are looking for a suspect they believe attempted to film a teenage girl inside a dressing room at Potomac Mills. The 16-year-old victim stated that she noticed a phone being held underneath the door of the dressing room she was in at the Forever 21 store inside the mall around 6:30 p.m., Monday, March 6, according to Prince William County Police.
