One Year Later: DC Murder Suspect Apprehended For 2021 Shooting, Police Say
D.C. police arrested the suspect in a 2021 fatal shooting on Tuesday, September 13, officials said.
At around 12:45 a.m. on September 15, police arrived at the scene in the 4000 block of 1st Street, where they found 37-year-old Paris Odemns with gunshot wounds, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.
Despite all life-saving efforts, Odemns died at a local hospital, authorities reported.
Odemns was an employee of D.C. public schools, according to his Facebook page.
