Cause Of Death Revealed For Obamas' Virginia Chef, Who Died On Martha's Vineyard: Report Medical investigators have ruled the death of Prince William County resident Tafari Campbell, the personal chef of former President Barack Obama, as an accident, reports said.  The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner of Massachusetts performed an autopsy on the 45-year-old Campbell, who died after he fell into the ocean while paddleboarding on July 23 on Martha's Vineyard.
