Severe storms with the possibility of isolated tornadoes will be threatening the East Coast Monday, June 26, and will be followed by at least two more days of stormy weather, meteorologists say. Damaging winds, flash flooding, and hail are all possible by late in the afternoon Monday, forecasters are predicting. Beloved North Jersey native and “force to be reckoned with” Amber Stefanie Takesh died following an incredibly brave battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia on Thursday, Oct. 6. She was 24. A native of Montville, Amber graduated from Montville High School in 2016, her obituary says. A 24-year-old Virginia man is facing charges for assaulting police officers as he was being arrested in North Jersey, authorities said. Austin E. Whitmire, of Falls Church, was bleeding from his hand in the parking lot of a business when Branchburg Township police officers arrived on the scene just before midnight on Friday, Sept. 23, according to Somerset County Prosecutor John P.
