Hit-Run Driver Wanted In Spotsy Tries It Again In Stafford County, Sheriff Says Some members of the Stafford County Sheriff's Office are experiencing a case of Déjà vu after a repeat 20-year-old offender once again tried to flee from the scene of a crash he was involved in. Michael Louis didn't make it far on Friday afternoon after attempting to evade officers following a crash that wound up with him fleeing on foot before being captured.
