Parking Lot Shooter Already In Custody For Different Crime Charged With Murder, PWC Police Say
A 46-year-old man already in custody has been hit with a murder charge following an investigation into a fatal shooting in the parking lot of a Prince William County shopping center last month, authorities announced.
